Specifications of BPI Street Lighting Poles
BPI’s PJU poles are available in various types and sizes, with ornaments integrated into the pole body for a more elegant appearance. Several pole types are available at Bakrie Pipe Industries, namely:
1. TP-Type Poles
There are 4 TP-type poles: TP-6, TP-7, TP-9, and TP-11. The numbers in the type indicate the total length in meters, and each is equipped with 1-meter or 2-meter ornamental extensions.
2. T-Type Poles
There are 4 T-type poles: T-6, T-7, T-9, and T-11. The numbers in the type indicate the total length in meters and are equipped with separate ornamental arms of the same length as TP types, namely 1 meter and 2 meters. The separate ornaments for T-type poles come in 4 design options: Double Clamp, Single Clamp, Double Angle, and Single Angle.
3. PJU-TS Pole Type
The PJU-TS pole type uses solar energy (solar cell) with two design options:
- All in One: LED lamp and solar cell integrated into a single unit.
- Two in One: lamp and solar cell mounted using a special bracket on a 2-inch diameter pipe, equipped with a clamp for stability.
The PJU-TS pole type has anti-climb protection in the middle section.
4. Ornamental Arms for PJU Poles
In addition to PJU poles, BPI can produce ornamental arms for street lighting poles in a round shape, with length and bending radius customized to customer requirements. These arms have a diameter of 2 inches and a thickness of 2 mm.
Quality Standards and Certification
BPI has achieved ISO 9001 certification, and the PJU poles produced meet two major standards:
- SNI (Indonesian National Standard)
- JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard)
Each product also undergoes strict fabrication and testing processes, including:
- Welding according to standards
- Surface protection with galvanization or protective coating
- Straightness testing, bending tests, and dimensional measurements
