Bakrie Pipe Industries held an In-House Training titled "Finance for Non-Finance," attended by Section Heads and Heads of Departments on August 6-7, 2024. The training aimed to provide a deeper understanding of financial management and accounting for those without a financial background.
During the training, participants learned to understand the financial impact of business decisions, analyze financial information, and optimize the use of financial resources. They also gained knowledge on how to read balance sheets, identify financial strengths and weaknesses, and understand cash flow statements.
With this training, it is expected that managers will have a better understanding of how to effectively manage company finances, support the achievement of strategic goals, and make better decisions based on financial data.
