MT BMI Group XI conducted industrial visits to PT Krakatau Steel, PT Bakrie Construction, and PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries

From July 31 to August 1, 2025, BMI Group Management Trainee Class XI conducted an industrial visit to PT Krakatau Steel, PT Bakrie Construction, and PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries.
This activity, part of a learning agenda, provided participants with the opportunity to directly observe production processes, technology utilization, and management practices in the manufacturing and construction industries. Through this visit, the trainees also gained in-depth insight into the value chain within the national steel industry ecosystem.
In addition to expanding their technical knowledge, this activity also fostered a collaborative spirit between units within the BMI Group. Participants had the opportunity to engage in direct discussions with practitioners, witness real-life work processes, and gain valuable insights that will support their roles as future young leaders of the company.
