Maximum 30 years old at the time of PKWT signing
Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Control or Internal Audit
Familiar with manufacturing industry processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
High integrity and ability to maintain company data confidentiality
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills
Active English communication skills, both spoken and written
Disciplined, honest, and responsible
