Not only for the oil & gas industry, but BPI also manufactures steel pipes for the piling and structural needs of skyscrapers with various tried and trusted specifications.

ASTM A252

ASTM A252 is a standard specification issued by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) intended for use in foundation construction or pile driving in development projects.

ASTM A252 pile pipes are divided into three main strength grades: Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3. Each grade has different characteristics in tensile strength and yield strength.

BPI is capable of producing ASTM A252 pipes ranging from 4” to 60” in size with thicknesses starting from 4.78 mm to 25.40 mm.

SNI 0068:2013

SNI 0068:2013 is a standard specification for carbon steel pipes issued by the National Standardization Agency for general construction, such as civil and architectural construction.

BPI is capable of producing SNI 0068:2013 pipes ranging from ½” to 24” in size with thicknesses from 2.00 mm to 16 mm.

SNI 8052:2014

SNI 8052:2014 is a standard specification for carbon steel pipes issued by the National Standardization Agency for piling.

SNI 8052:2014 is divided into three main strength grades: Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3. Each grade has different characteristics in tensile strength and yield strength.

BPI is capable of producing SNI 8052:2014 pipes ranging from 2” to 59” in size with thicknesses from 3.90 mm to 25.00 mm.

JIS G3444 STK 400

JIS G3444 STK 400 is a standard specification for carbon steel pipes issued by the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) for general construction, such as civil and architectural construction.

BPI is capable of producing JIS G3444 STK 400 pipes ranging from 1/2” to 40” in size with thicknesses from 4.50 mm to 22.00 mm.

HOLLOW & RECTANGULAR

BPI can manufacture hollow & rectangular steel pipes for general construction applications, such as civil and architectural. Rectangular pipes are produced ranging from 40 x 20 mm to 140 x 60 mm with thicknesses from 1.8 mm to 4.00 mm, while hollow pipes are produced ranging from 20 x 20 mm to 100 x 100 mm with thicknesses from 1.8 mm to 6.00 mm.
