PT Bakrie Pipe Industries is again holding its 8th Apprentice Program in 2023. The Apprentice Program is a program for appointing permanent employees through integrated work training for one year guided by the managerial level at PT BPI. After going through a series of selection processes, 43 permanent employee candidates were selected to take part in this program.
The program began on Monday 4 September 2023 with a Kick Off activity led directly by the CEO of PT BPI, Mr. R.Atok Hendrayanto. Then the event continued with material provision activities from all PT BPI departments which were carried out intensively for one month to provide knowledge and understanding of PT BPI business processes. After providing the material, On the Job Training (OJT) activities will be carried out for eleven months, field work practice and direct assessment from the assessment team. At the end of the program, all participants will provide suggestions for improvement as a way to determine whether they will graduate from the Apprentice program.
It is hoped that by implementing the Apprentice program, selected participants will be able to develop knowledge and skills relevant to PT BPI, become workers who are competent, committed and ready to contribute to the company's betterment.
