As a Secretary & Admin for the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), this position supports the CCO’s daily administrative needs. Main responsibilities include managing the CCO’s schedule, meetings, and travel, as well as handling correspondence, reports, and documents. Duties also involve managing phone calls, emails, and other communications, and preparing agendas and meeting minutes. Additional responsibilities include organizing business travel logistics, managing travel expense reports, and providing support for projects led by the CCO.
Requirement
Minimum bachelor degree, preferably a graduate of secretarial or administrative academy
Minimum 1 years experience as admin or secretary
Skills
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Having knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Filling system and other office software (Google Workspace, etc.)
Familiarity with scheduling software and tools for managing appointments and meetings.
Having knowledge of email systems, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and instant messaging platforms
